opera pms trainingWe believe the key differentiator of our Opera training to be our Operational experience as well as our thorough knowledge of the system, having worked on different versions of it over our 20 years in Hospitality.

We incorporate our understanding of work flow in operations and provide learners with examples of real life scenarios, creating context for the functionality. For Hotels wishing to book group sessions, we include a pre-training meeting with the Managers of each area involved to determine their need for improved skills and to ensure we cover this during our training sessions.

Our training will provide the learners with the necessary skill and knowledge to carry out their work more confidently, increasing their productivity and the quality of their work.

hotel client group sessions

Training is conducted at our offices in Bellville, or on-site at the hotel. We suggest a minimum of 3 days training per group of maximum 8 learners at a time. We have 8 laptops that we setup and link to your training schema.

The topics to be covered each day is as follows, but can be customized to suit the specific needs of the hotel.

individual sessions

For one on one training we only require 2 days with the learner. Functionality of Day 1 is covered over the 2 days.
